Responsibility
- install, Service and repair ophthalmic medical devices in a timely and efficient manner
- troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- provide technical support to customers and assist with training on the proper use and maintenance of medical devices
- maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory
- collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify and implement product improvements
- maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
