Responsibility

  • install, Service and repair ophthalmic medical devices in a timely and efficient manner
  • troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
  • provide technical support to customers and assist with training on the proper use and maintenance of medical devices
  • maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory
  • collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify and implement product improvements
  • maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
