previous experience working in the repair, claims or insurance industry essential
previous experience in a customer service role in a similar environment desirable
previous use of ProClaim IT system would be helpful, however full training will be provided
claim, Insurance or Repairs: 1 year
Responsibility
you would have exceptional customer service and communication skills, offering empathic support to customers whilst liaising professionally with external partners to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and sufficiently
