• undertake any duties reasonably necessary as directed by your line manager
• you would have exceptional customer service and communication skills, offering empathic support to customers whilst liaising professionally with external partners to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and sufficiently

Requirements

• previous experience in working in the Repair industry or Insurance company, desirable but certainly not essential
• previous experience working in the repair, claims or insurance industry essential
• experience in a faced paced, target driven environment

• attention to detail, sound written and verbal communication, planning, time management and organisational skills are essential to this role
• previous admin experience written/ verbal communication skills and basic IT
• previous experience in a customer service role, in a similar environment, preferred
• attention to detail and accuracy in relation to data entry and processing of documentation
• previous use of ProClaim IT system would be helpful, however full training will be provided
• planning, organisational and time management skills with the ability to be proactive in the management of their duties
