- in addition to receiving incoming telephone calls, you will also be asked to make calls as directed
- A large part of your job will be sending emails as requested by the Directors
- you will be responsible to operate the company’s sales computer system/database on a daily basis
- you will be asked to arrange regular email campaign’s so being fully computer literate is essential
- coordinating with certain suppliers as directed
- scheduling internal purchase orders, monitoring deliveries & issuing weekly status reports
- you will often be the first point of contact for customers, product knowledge and confidence over the phone is therefore essential
- booking flights, hotels etc as directed
