Responsibility

  • we are seeking a Property Manager to join our growing team
  • manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the properties in the portfolio
  • respond to tenant inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • oversee maintenance, security, and cleaning services for the properties
  • respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action to resolve any issues that may arise
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, including office buildings, retail, and industrial parks
  • the Property Manager will be the primary point of contact for tenants and will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
  • carry out property inspections and prepare reports for distribution to the Client and directors, ensuring client reports are prepared to the correct specifications and issued to in accordance with agreed timescales

Requirements

  • experience in property management or property industry
  • clean Driving license
  • strong organisational and time management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
