Requirements

minimum of a Masters Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent
demonstrable laboratory experience including supervisory/management experience
in depth knowledge of the product development process, with demonstrable evidence of progressing projects from proof of concept to commercialisation
experience in the use of project management tools, e.g. GANTT charts
proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards a common goal
excellent customer empathy, collaboration skills and communication
good presentation and people engagement skills
previous experience in customer facing project management

Responsibility

advise on business development opportunities and join selected sales and promotion missions, including presenting technical papers
be a role model to laboratory staff and actively demonstrate company values, focussing on safety, team mentality and professionalism
ensure a safe and organised chemical laboratory environment
lead the development of new coatings technologies, including all aspects of quality assurance
with input, lead exploitation activities relating to Evove’s additive manufactured products
help define customer satisfaction targets and work with internal teams to understand customer ‘pain-points’
be the voice of the customer within the business and prioritise their needs
develop the application of existing technologies within Evove’s core market sectors
