  • are you an experienced Accounts Administrator? If you are, you could be exactly what we're looking for. The Senior Accounts Administrator vacancy is a very varied and rewarding position
  • maintaining & updating fixed asset records
  • providing cover for the Accounts Administrator duties, including payroll and purchase ledger administration across all companies
  • submitting quarterly VAT returns 3 companies

Requirements

  • the candidate will be required to have at least 5 years in a senior accounting position
  • sage Accounts 50 Sage
  • extract data from 3rd party software and produce financial and statistical information
  • bank Reconciliation Prepayments
  • accruals Depreciation
  • experience with dealing directly with Auditors and Accountants
  • post year end accounting journals
  • A full understanding of Trial Balance, Chart of Accounts, and Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
