- this role supports the Managing Director & Senior Construction Manager
- we are a London based Design & Build firm who create beautiful spaces. Operating primarily in the high-end residential market; we specialise in architecturally led bespoke projects
- supporting the Managing Director & Construction Manager being the liaison between the office and the onsite team
- working on multiple projects, managing, and assisting other contractors
- checking detailed specifications and drawings and instructing the team
- placing orders for materials required and organising deliveries
- attending project meetings, taking minutes, ensuring actions are followed through
- regularly driving company van to support site teams with equipment and materials
