Responsibility

  • conduct thorough QA checks to identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, or formatting issues
  • develop and implement QA processes and best practices to enhance content quality
  • provide constructive feedback and guidance to writers and other team members to improve content quality
  • quality Assurance: Review and evaluate content for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to company standards
