Responsibility
- complete telephony, digital and admin-based tasks to service customer queries
- take ownership of customer problems, solve them at the first point of contact and follow through when required
- build long-lasting professional relationships with Evergreen Goods customers that will exceed their expectations
- to handle customer queries/complaints promptly and liaise with other departments to find a solution to satisfactorily resolve the issues
- answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department/individual
- take the initiative to collaborate and clarify with the relevant team, exchange information, or resolve enquiries
- generate sales leads
- answering queries via our website online chat, and social media platform messages
Requirements
- previous Sales experience would be beneficial
- strong & Professional communication skills both verbally and written
- social Media Management. - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc
- prior experience in Online Chat – Website-based
- A track record of strong customer service skills and experience
- ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work across multiple tasks within required deadlines
- customer Service: 3 years or more
- client Services Occupations: 2 years
