Responsibility
- lead and manage the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets

- oversee the assembly process, ensuring that all products meet quality control standards

- monitor and analyse production metrics to identify areas for improvement
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment
- provide mechanical knowledge support to troubleshoot equipment issues and enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- proven experience in a UPVC production management role within a manufacturing environment
- strong understanding of business processes related to production and supply chain management
- familiarity with quality control methodologies and practices
- excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- proficient in using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems
- strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives
- mechanical knowledge is highly desirable to assist in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments
