Responsibility
- provide a high-quality customer care service to all
- adhere to agreed customer policies and site Assignment Instructions
- staff the Reception Desk, answer the telephone and ensure staff sign in and out
- develop and maintain relationships with client
- know the layout of venue/site and be aware of available facilities, first aid points and location of entrances and exits
- safeguard the venue/site and maintain key and radio logs
- control access and egress to the venue/site including locking/unlocking gates and doors
- carry out regular patrols throughout the site
