Responsibility

  • conduct thorough and meticulous planner checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • collaborate with the Transport Logistics team to arrange courier bookings for timely and secure delivery
  • handle inbound and outbound transport calls professionally and efficiently
  • provide support and assistance in diverse operational tasks across departments
  • maintain effective communication channels between teams
  • serve as a reliable backup for the planning team during peak periods or absences
  • organise additional crew for installs, 3rd party transport & travel bookings for Installs and Transport staff

Requirements

  • excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and discrepancies
  • good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities with dedication and enthusiasm
  • possess excellent computer, software skills, relevant to the role
  • sage Accounts experience advantageous
