Responsibility

  • review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
  • perform invoice and general ledger data entry
  • query management - to resolve all queries within agreed SLA’s
  • generate purchase orders as necessary
  • reconciling bank accounts, debtors and creditors and managing discrepancies
  • strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payment
  • exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
  • execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
