- A good knowledge of the Bath area is essential
- we at Evans Estates are looking for someone to take on and help look after a portfolio of properties, but also to grow the company into the Bath market
- you will be in charge of your own Bath patch, whilst helping support another member of staff with a Somerset portfolio of properties
- you will do everything from the valuations to the move in and admin, until the Bath portfolio is large enough for you to get an administrator
- it's an exciting rare opportunity that is only available as myself has been offered work in Television in America, which is too good to pass up on
