  • responsible for ensuring the depot fleet is fully legal and compliant
  • ensuring maintenance faults are repaired within an agreed SLA
  • responsible for management and escalation of fleet costs
  • responsible for accurate filing of vehicle maintenance records
  • ensure parking availability and safe access to the offices and facilities for all staff and visitors
  • the depot being clean and tidy in a timely manner on a daily basis
  • maintaining good housekeeping standards by anyone operating in the depot
