- building close collaboration and mutually accountable partnerships with clinics and chains
- providing support and service to these clinics making European Sperm Bank their preferred sperm bank to recommend to their patients
- planning, conducting and reporting high value-generating sales meetings to the clinics and related stakeholders, which you are responsible for
- setting up and running local fairs/congresses, on/offline seminars and PR events - in cooperation and alignment with the marketing team
- acquiring a thorough understanding of clinic potential and client needs
- setting and achieving ambitious, yet achievable performance targets incl. tracking and analysing key account performance metrics
- staying updated on topics related to the fertility industry including competitors, market trends and potential regulatory/legislative changes
- understanding local legislation governing fertility treatment and operate in full compliance to national and EU regulations alongside agreed ways of working in ESB
Requirements
- you understand the value of knowing the dynamics in your markets, your customers and their numbers, and what drives their business
- you enjoy being together with your customers and consider “being on the road” more valuable than behind a desk
- your 5-10 years of experience with Sales and Key Account Management within BtB or BtC in the MedTech/Health care industry have taught you how to build strong relationships both personally and professionally
- your workplace will be from home and/or in our office in central London
