Responsibility
- due to continuous expansion, we urgently require an Customer Service Administrator to work on a full-time basis at European Braking Systems Ltd. This is an ideal role for anyone with previous admin experience looking to work at a thriving company
- responding to emails queries
- chasing up warranties and liaising with the warranty department
- any other duties as required, commensurate with job position
- undertake and fulfil training as deemed necessary to allow efficient performance of duties and assist in personal development
- raising credits for returned goods
- monitoring the company credit report on a daily basis
- communicating and escalating any issues
