Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • manage and maintain the sales inbox
  • answer and deal with phone calls and emails
  • greet and assist visitors - Deal with some walk in customers
  • quote and process customers enquiries and orders
  • quote chasing
  • update customers on their order progress and delivery
  • complete relevant paperwork for deliveries and collections
  • update the stock system daily

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • confident telephone and people skills
  • as an office administrator or in a similar role
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team
