  • as a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our genomics laboratory operations
  • please note this is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
  • your role will involve designing, implementing, and managing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize laboratory workflows
  • stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to genomics and quality assurance

Requirements

  • bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within a genomics or molecular biology laboratory setting
  • strong understanding of genomics techniques, laboratory processes, and data analysis
  • familiarity with ISO 17025, ISO 15189, or other relevant quality management systems
  • excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead investigations to resolution
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • prior experience with regulatory audits and inspections is highly desirable
