- to ensure the account management group is pro-actively communicating with our customers
Requirements
- educated to GCSE Standard
- knowledge of Microbiology and chemistry food testing
- understand of the food testing industry
- proven track record of customer service and account development within the food testing sector
- proven experience in the food testing business
- good basic technical knowledge of food microbiology and chemistry testing
- good communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
