Responsibility

  • A high quality first line of contact for our valued customers in relation to services provided by the group
  • liaising with agents, services and third-party intermediaries in relation to enquiries about billing and payments
  • providing assistance in setting up new contracts and agreements
  • opening new customer accounts and providing general advice on company services to new customers
  • negotiating and monitoring payment plans with customers and their representatives
  • providing account reconciliations and breakdowns and where necessary handling the issue of credit notes in respect of adjustments to customer bills
  • proposing action for recovery of debt and assist in compilation of evidence to support legal action
  • maintaining and updating accurate customer records in compliance with data security standards
