- A thorough understanding of stock valuation and provisions to include calculations, analysis, review, reconciliation and reporting
- standard cost updates and analysis of impact
- ability to understand and interpret sales/margin
- good understanding of Bills of material/routings/manufacturing variances/PPV
- ability to communicate efficiently and confidently with Senior members of the business whilst challenging the status quo
- ad hoc project work to improve existing procedures and increase understanding of costs
Requirements
- part Qualified / Qualified Accountant - QBE will be considered

- experience of working in a fast-moving manufacturing environment within the finance function
- proven experience of cost accounting and ability to understand Bills of materials/costs
- approachable and self-motivated team player with a desire for continuous improvement and development within a fast-moving global organisation
