Responsibility

  • assisting with the day to day running of the workshop office
  • liaising with customers, advising and selling repairs to customers as and where required using a suite of tools
  • liaising with suppliers on pricing and availability of parts for production of estimates for customers
  • experience of a customer facing service role is required
  • the ideal candidate will have Automotive service advisor experience or may have technical experience such as a technician or technical adviser
  • the ideal candidate will have Automotive service advisor experience
  • booking in vehicles and allocating work for the technicians, controlling workshop loading & allocation of jobs to technicians, and ensuring jobs are completed within deadline periods

Requirements

  • automotive service advisor: 1 year
