Responsibility
- lead and manage a team of 8-10 French-speaking Customer Service Representatives within a contact centre environment
- ensure the team meets and exceeds customer service targets, including response times, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction metrics
- provide coaching, training, and ongoing development to team members to enhance their skills and improve performance
- monitor team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to motivate and inspire team members
- collaborate with other team leaders and departments to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement
- handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolutions
- maintain accurate records and produce reports on team performance and customer interactions
Requirements
- proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a team leadership capacity
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications
