Responsibility

  • to supervise the PM Shift and achieve all main performance expectations
  • plan and co-ordinate the distribution of work in a timely and efficient manner to achieve your team objectives
  • leading a team of warehouse staff and supervising their workings
  • drive your team to achieve Key Performance Indicators , as determined by the company
  • overseeing the process of all orders picked including information on globals
  • be responsibility for aspects of the training & development of your team in conjunction with Line Management
  • supervising the orderly stacking and arrangement of orders in the warehouse
  • to ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely order picking

Requirements
