- sole responsibility for producing valid receipts to cover expenses, to the accounts department
- timely planning of all deliveries and collections
- ensure that the company vehicle is maintained in line with both company and legal requirements
- responsible for own set of trade plates, to be kept with sales drivers at all times
- full inspection of vehicles upon collection, ensuring that any mechanical problems or accident damage is immediately reported and on a delivery note
