- identifying new business opportunities by outbound calling
- efficiently and accurately processing new claims on behalf of our clients
- collecting all documents in relation to claims and ensuring these are stored correctly
- liaising with our customers and any third parties to ensure swift resolution of any issues
- achieve monthly KPI’s set out in your one to one
- at all times to promote image of Ethical Business Group in a positive light
Requirements
- A telephone call with our recruitment team lasting approx. 20-30 minutes
- B2B sales
- A Face-to-face interview with our Recruitment Manager and one of our Sales Managers
- A can-do attitude and the ability to professionally deal with challenges
- A natural ability to talk to customers and build meaningful relationships
- prior sales experience, ideally gained in a B2B setting although we will consider strong candidates with a B2C sales background
- self-motivation, with the desire to achieve targets within your role
- ability to communicate complex solutions simply and concisely
