Requirements
have previous management experience within a credit control department and possess a working knowledge of credit control procedures
have the ability to build successful relationships with external customers and resolve complex issues on a timely basis
be someone that positively embraces change and can demonstrate previous success in driving improvements to credit risk management and operating procedures
be proactive and reliable with a positive, flexible working attitude
have the ability to set tough but achievable targets for the team and monitor progress towards those targets
be highly skilled in prioritising tasks with the ability to perform to a high standard under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
possess excellent analytical skills to identify key trends and risks and formulate appropriate solutions
be an influential team player with the ability to build working relationships and communicate effectively across the business, including working closely with customer service and sales teams
