- to assist Franchise Director with the day to day running of the business, such as the creation of extra-curricular activities
- to ensure staff are working to the maximum capacity
- to ensure staff are delivering high quality, OFSTED standard lessons
- to give weekly feedback to Franchise Director on the staffing, schools and parents
- to give full training to any new employees to the business
- begin to meet Headteachers about future work
- to ensure that coaching session are child centred, structured, progressive, fun and of a high quality
- to be a positive role model at all times
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
- A-Level or equivalent
