Responsibility
- manage health and safety in the office, including maintaining policies and procedures
- solving invoice queries
- office management & Administration tasks
- assist in managing HR policies and procedures, on-boarding, and off-boarding employees
- aged debtor management
- providing office management support: ordering office supplies as required. Carry out some general administrative support as required
- daily reconciliation of all accounts
- process credit card statements and reconcile transactions
