Responsibility

  • ensure a follow-up system/register is maintained which allows for an accurate financial summary
  • check and clear weekly statements and query discrepancies
  • checking invoices and credit notes
  • be conversant with all of the warranty providers’ policies and procedures and the use of the manufacturers’ electronic communication system
  • liaising with the Service Manager and aftersales team
  • suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and service
  • submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis to the manufacturer, adhering to their policies and procedures within the required timeframe
