Responsibility

  • essential Group is seeking an Office Manager based in Epping
  • the Office Manager will be responsible providing support to the servicedesk team and managing the daily duties of the operation
  • the individual will help manage the recruitment and HR associated tasks for a newly onboarded staff. Reporting to the the MD
  • liaising with external clients to ensure high service level is delivered and complaints are dealt with competently
  • deal with supplier queries
  • oversee the Management of the engineer diaries, holiday mangement, stock and scheduling
  • to be responsible for managing day to day staffing issues including holiday cover, training etc
  • completion of HR tasks
