  • build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Client Relationships and Business Development Manager to join our team
  • conduct monthly meetings with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on services
  • coordinate with the scheduling team and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any issues promptly
  • proactively identify opportunities for business growth and development
  • implement strategies to streamline and improve business processes
  • set and achieve specific Key Performance Indicators to measure the success of client relationships and business development efforts
  • develop and execute plans to expand our client base and increase revenue

Requirements

  • proven experience in client relationship management and business development
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
  • demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and improvement
