- customer complaints/queries via email, phone, and in person interactions
- promotion of the business
- taking charge of staff and leading by example, working closely with keyholders
- stock takes and maintenance/ordering of props and spare parts
- the Duty Manager will be responsible for the day to day running when the Manager is not on site. This will include
- be a point of contact for our keyholders and members of the team
- taking bookings including large corporate bookings, answering emails/calls, general admin work, looking after social media channels, ensuring the site is clean and tidy, fix any breakages, dealing with any accidents/incidents/issues that may arise
- training new staff and keeping current staff training records up to date
