Responsibility
- raising Purchase orders and manage orders from start to finish
- managing deadlines and updating orders across various of processes
- taking part in monthly stock takes and audits
- making sure stock levels are updated and procedures are followed throughout the ordering process
- highlight discrepancies to Senior Operations Manager
- assisting and creating weekly/monthly reports required by finance/sales
- updating clients and account managers with the most up to date information on their orders
- liaise with suppliers and ensure deadlines are met and queries are raised with Senior Operations Manager
Requirements
- minimum of 3 years in an Operations support or similar role is essential/desired
- ability to adapt quickly, thrive under pressure and the ability to multitask
- high attention to detail is required and being hungry for perfection
- knowledge of purchasing stock desired
- professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential
- operations: 3 years
- administrative experience: 2 years
