Requirements
- experience managing a bar or team of bartenders
- A passion for mixology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
- strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff
- excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
- an interest in the fantasy genre/magic theme, and a willingness to participate in and organize events and potion making evenings
- at least 3 years of experience in a creative mixology or bartending role, with a proven track record of creating unique and innovative cocktails
- bar management: 3 years
Responsibility
- train the bar staff on cocktail preparation, customer service, and bar etiquette
- manage inventory, ordering, and pricing of bar supplies and ingredients
- ensure that the bar is clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety regulations
- develop and implement promotions and events, including puzzle events and potion making evenings, to attract customers and drive sales
- monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience at the bar
- create and manage the bar menu, developing innovative and unique standard and molecular cocktails and mocktails that reflect The Dark Arts Potion Bar theme and appeal to a diverse clientele
