Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working professionally in the Prop Industry, or in a similar creative role, is required
  • knowledge of and experience with prop making materials such as fibreglass, resin, polystyrene, silicone moulding rubber, wood, metal, etc
  • experience with oil and water-based paints, spray paint, paint finishes etc. and painting props and sets to a high standard
  • ability to use woodwork machinery and hand tools
  • excellent attention to detail
  • able to work as a team player and collaborate with different departments
  • good communication skills and an eagerness to learn
