- daily review of store layout to ensure produce is beautifully displayed to maximise sales
- you will work with staff, suppliers & producers with retail display, promotions, in-store tastings and events
- manage daily cleaning schedules, health & safety, food safety & stock management
- drive sales & motivate staff
- stansted Park Farm Shop specializes in local food and drink, set within a beautiful timber-framed building on the Stansted Park Estate within the South Downs National Park
- with a butchery and deli counter, we run events and tastings and need an enthusiastic, hands-on retail manager to help maximise sales and expand the business
