Responsibility
- A Busy retailer of equestrian, pet and small holder products
- our large store is based in Tunbridge Wells, where we also manage our thriving online retail sales
- we have a current opportunity for an experienced Store Manager
- the successful candidate will be part of a busy and friendly family run team
- the Store Manager will oversee all daily operations of the retail, ecommerce and delivery sides of the business
- they need to be passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and driving sales and all KPI
- aside from the in store and online sales activity - Delivery is also a key part of our business serving customers both locally and nationally

Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- retail sales: 3 years
- supervising experience: 1 year
- customer service: 2 years
- retail management: 1 year
- management: 1 year
- as this is a store based position, working 5 days per week with some weekend work, candidates need to live locally and able to commute to store daily
