Responsibility
- taking customer order details by telephone and from email requests
- sales order processing using Sage 50 Accounts
- confirming the status of customer orders and deliveries, keeping customers updated regarding any delays / changes to orders
- liaising with the warehouse to resolve picking and despatch queries
- processing and generating freight paperwork for despatch
- plan routes and create run sheets for drivers
- put all run sheet paperwork together and book deliveries/collections with customers/suppliers and obtain booking references prior to despatch
- compiling emails, quotations and letters etc
Requirements
- hardworking/ Strong work ethic
- attention to detail
- sage 50 experience or other accounts package preferable
- self-motivated
- ability to work alone but also to work within a team
- reliable/Flexible
- good communication skills
