Responsibility
- daily financial activities
- credit control
- full month-end close and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts with supporting schedules
- produce monthly consolidated MI reporting with commentary
- cash control with weekly update of short-term cash position
- prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
- co-ordinate the monthly payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and PAYE
- accurately allocate staff cost across both entities and calculate the monthly inter-company management fee
Requirements
- AAT qualified, but preferably ACCA, ACA or CIMA
- well rounded, good working knowledge and experience of operational finance, statutory compliance and management reporting
- group and international exposure is a distinct advantage
- financial management: 1 year
- 1+ years’ post qualified experience
- xero: 1 year
- microsoft Excel: 3 years
