  • front of house manager

Responsibility

  • to oversee front of house operations on the day to day, leading the front of house team
  • maintaining stock levels and notifying management when stock is at minimum levels and needs to be ordered
  • opening and closing the café including cashing up and distributing tips
  • scheduling bookings and reservations
  • ensuring all guests are looked after and leave happy
  • liaising with kitchen staff about stock and bookings to ensure a smooth service every day
  • maintaining the high standards of customer service alongside aspects of hygiene and health and safety
  • assist in staff training
