Responsibility

  • provide admin support to operations department within the business
  • provide a customer-facing approach to all enquiries at the office, often as the first point of contact for visitors
  • assist project teams and operational personnel during daily operational tasks
  • assist project teams and operational personnel planning upcoming operations
  • answering telephone calls and dealing with any queries that arise
  • being the focal point for the Aberdeen office for any IT requirements
  • formatting/updating company documents
  • minute taking

Requirements

  • administration
  • proficient in all MS Office applications incl. SharePoint and MS Teams
  • first Aid at work
  • effective communication skills – written and verbal
  • good organisational and planning skills and ability to multi-task
  • ability to work on own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • strong ability to work to deadlines
  • high attention to detail
