Responsibility
- this position will be reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager
- the ideal candidate must have
- as a minimum the IOSH Managing Safely qualification
- at least 5 years experience in Facilities Management, ideally within commercial property
- A IWFM qualification or equivalent at Level 3
- facilities Manager required to deliver exceptional service management and overall business performance to our client portfolio by overseeing the delivery of facilities services; covering Greater London

- oversee management of clients, projects and service lines to ensure services are delivered in line with the contract scope
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- IWFM level 3 qualification or above
- A minimum of IOSH Managing Safely certificate or above
- communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence, internally and externally at an executive level
- suitable, recent and relevant FM experience, minimum 5 year
- excellent planning and organisational skills
- excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- strong knowledge of FM service delivery across all service lines
- willingness to travel and occasional overnight stays
