facilities manager

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • this position will be reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager
  • the ideal candidate must have
  • as a minimum the IOSH Managing Safely qualification
  • at least 5 years experience in Facilities Management, ideally within commercial property
  • A IWFM qualification or equivalent at Level 3
  • facilities Manager required to deliver exceptional service management and overall business performance to our client portfolio by overseeing the delivery of facilities services; covering Greater London
  • envirotech FM are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join an established and technically led company with an impressive client base across the UK and the chance to grow and learn alongside a team of industry leading experts
  • oversee management of clients, projects and service lines to ensure services are delivered in line with the contract scope

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • IWFM level 3 qualification or above
  • A minimum of IOSH Managing Safely certificate or above
  • communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence, internally and externally at an executive level
  • suitable, recent and relevant FM experience, minimum 5 year
  • excellent planning and organisational skills
  • excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • strong knowledge of FM service delivery across all service lines
  • willingness to travel and occasional overnight stays
