Responsibility
this position will be reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager
the ideal candidate must have
as a minimum the IOSH Managing Safely qualification
at least 5 years experience in Facilities Management, ideally within commercial property
A IWFM qualification or equivalent at Level 3
facilities Manager required to deliver exceptional service management and overall business performance to our client portfolio by overseeing the delivery of facilities services; covering Greater London

oversee management of clients, projects and service lines to ensure services are delivered in line with the contract scope
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
IWFM level 3 qualification or above
A minimum of IOSH Managing Safely certificate or above
communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence, internally and externally at an executive level
suitable, recent and relevant FM experience, minimum 5 year
excellent planning and organisational skills
excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
strong knowledge of FM service delivery across all service lines
willingness to travel and occasional overnight stays
