Responsibility
- manage the day-to-day sample requests, leads and other potential sale leads through our CRM
- prepare sampling requests to be dispatched on a daily basis
- organise, restock and relabelling of sampling room area on a monthly basis
- organise dispatch labels and courier booking for all sampling orders on a daily basis
- record all sampling requests dispatched on our CRM and enter a follow-up date
- record payments received for the cost of sampling from new customers on a daily basis
- assist in resolving any customer/order-related issues
- raise manual orders on our e-commerce system as and when orders are placed by customers
Requirements
- proven customer service experience
- strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- familiar with CRM systems and practices
- customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- problem Solving Skills
