Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt and efficient responses via phone or email
  • assist customers with product information, order placement, billing inquiries, and issue resolution
  • maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the company database
  • process orders in a timely manner
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
  • identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency
  • provide administrative support to the customer services team as needed

Requirements

  • previous experience in customer service or administrative role is desirable
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • customer service: 2 years

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
