Responsibility

  •  To build relationships with Clients and Engineers
  •  Understand individual Clients’ requirements for each role
  •  To understand each Engineers requirements in terms of what role they are looking for and in what Sector
  •  Work closely with the Recruitment Manager and Compliance Lead to keep the database organised and up-to-date
  •  To support the Recruitment Manager with any reasonable tasks
  •  To cover other recruitment consultants when they are on leave, this includes the perm desk
  •  Use the video software to create videos, captures and solo interviews weekly with Engineers
  •  Ensure that engineers are happy within their placements and to get references from the Client
