ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING is looking for employees for positions:
technician
Responsibility
- the role will report to the Head of IT
- providing 1st line support both to all staff and the IT systems
- assisting our IT engineers with new project roll-outs
- monitoring and acting on alerts within our IT ecosystem
- installing, configuring and managing all user IT equipment
- adhering to SLA’s and updating users on ticket status
- assisting with user account management
- supporting the Head of IT with Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- good communication and organisation skills
- works well within a team environment but also comfortable working off your own initiative
- basic understanding of Office 360 administration
- ability to logically troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- desire to learn and develop new skills through both training courses and on the job training
- A strong understanding of Windows 10 or 11
- experience with service desk ticketing systems and responding to end users
