Responsibility

  • processing sales and purchase ledger invoices, entering incoming receipts onto Sage
  • authorisation of payments to suppliers
  • reconciling all bank and Card accounts
  • production of quarterly VAT returns
  • dealing with any queries, liaison with HMRC, banks and our accountants office, etc
  • answering the office phone - speaking with existing & potential customers
  • taking card payments
  • inputting work orders on to our job tracking system Big Change

Requirements

  • sage: 2 years
  • bookkeeping: 2 years
