- you will also speak to franchise owners regarding customer enquiries, day-to-day tasks that they need assistance with and other operational queries
- handling inbound enquiries and organising quotation visits or providing written quotes via platforms. Logistics planning and appointment planning
- full, ongoing training is provided and you will be working very closely with the directors of the business to ensure you have the correct tools and skills to be able to handle the tasks within your job description
- you will be required to communicate with other office based members of the team on an ongoing basis throughout the day, some will be remote working and others will be in the office environment at different times
Requirements
- preferably have a proven track record in successful business development, sales, and account management
- handle high volumes of inbound enquiries via social media, google, emails and phone calls
- strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- the candidate must have expert proficiency in customer service skills and be able to demonstrate this with previous experience. You should be able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone and during internal meetings
- be able to develop a good understanding of the domestic cleaning industry and its trends
- ideally you would have 1-2 years basic experience with Apple MacBook products and understand the functions of pages, iCloud calendar and other Apple applications
- you must be able to take on multiple tasks during a working day. Your role will be fundamental to the growth and success of the business and you will have the opportunity to be offered full time roles as the business expands over the next few years
